The new format sucks!!!!!! If I can't switch back I will find a new homepage.
Allow the customers to switch back. There is not one post here or on the net that says that someone likes the new format

Thank you for the feedback! We do have an option to revert back to the previous version. At the top of the page you should see a purple banner. Within that banner you would need to click on "Old Version" or you'll see an option saying return to yahoo.com. For additional support please visit help.yahoo.com

This is just terrible. You took what was once a functional destination site that I customized since you first launched and turned it into a mess. There is nothing redeeming about this new Yahoo start page. I used to use your site to start my mornings and catch up on everything that was important to me. Now all of my OWN content is gone and replaced with whatever you decided I need to see. I am not going to bother trying to figure out how to navigate this mess and will start the process of rebuilding on a site that cares about my experience and not your "idea" of what my start page should look like.
I have no idea who made the decision to change from the old format, but I am sure it was driven by some need to get paid to promote content from certain publishers. Whoever made this decision has alienated everyone who actually USED your site. I will give you guys a week to change your minds and reverse course or I am taking my eyes elsewhere. You have destoryed one of the most original and useful site ever created on the internet.
Shame on you.

You might as well linked to Google News or MSN news. Only benefit to old Yahoo was personalization. Now have to scroll thru pages to locate articles I'm interested in.

This now looks as junky as MSN. Can't believe Yahoo would throw away their greatest asset. I too have been using My Yahoo since 1995 as my browser start page. This is now unforgivable. Bye Bye Yahoo.

I find the new home page to be visually chaotic. That means hard to read. That means I'm literally getting a headache. "Thanks"
Was this design run by medical professionals?

The reconfiguation is unacceptable. The listed topics/stories/links bear no interest. I remained a faithful My.Yahoo use because I could select the sources/topics i wish to scan and read.
I don't mind change, but I despise rejection. I am gone.

All the content on my new page, absolutely does not align with what I want to see. Goes it's their way of pushing their opinion on us.

New Yahoo layout is lousy to say the least. My previous customized settings are now gone and this is not user friendly as the previous homepage was. Will be looking for a new homepage and bid Yahoo farewell for this dumb design.

Yahoo ruined a good thing with this update. it is now another generic news page with garbage ads. I've been using My Yahoo page, that I set up as a RSS news feed that I curated, since the start of My Yahoo, going back to the early 2000s or 1999 or whatever, and you destroyed it. There is no reason for me to go to yahoo anymore.

THIS. This is why I came to actually write here. I had everything I needed at my fingertips. The new page gives me news I'm not interested in and I often have to click the headline to see what news outlet it is. If this is not fixed soon, I will be looking for a new browser home page.
