The new format sucks!!!!!! If I can't switch back I will find a new homepage.

Allow the customers to switch back. There is not one post here or on the net that says that someone likes the new format

Thank you for the feedback! We do have an option to revert back to the previous version. At the top of the page you should see a purple banner. Within that banner you would need to click on "Old Version" or you'll see an option saying return to yahoo.com. For additional support please visit help.yahoo.com

    Why fix it if it isn't broken? How was this a good idea? It isn't bad enough that Yahoo censors non-inflammatory comments (probably due to paid sponsorship and/or favoritism) but now no commenting at all? I'll be looking for another homepage and creating a new e-mail address. Yahoo doesn't mean all that much to me anymore. You guys suck and the people pulling your strings suck too.

    Same, I've also complained via support and they took over a week to return with some BS canned non-answer that sent me here. Very disappointing Yahoo! Do better!

    Need to fix search bar. Cannot access it. Guess Yahoo wants everyone to use something different than their's

    When you reach the top of the mountain, why go further? New page sucks, plain and simple, very confusing, can't find anything, I ask again

    The new format is too busy and does not allow customization. If I could customize what I see and where it shows up on my feed it might not be as busy but as it stands now it most certainly is not for someone that may have anxiety, autism or anything that could cause panic. This needs to be fixed by either bringing back the old version or making this version customizable.

    new look is not engaging, looks average, boring and not interesting. The old look did so. Why did you change? Change for the better, not backward.

    I do not like the new format at all. I have Yahoo as my homepage. If you do not change it to be readable and not so busy I will find a new site to make my homepage.
