You have changed the format to something that tens of thousands of your account holders HATE! You are NOT listening! If you were listening, you would pay attention to all of us that hate that new format! It is difficult to read, difficult to navigate, and looks jumbled and disorganized. Why is it that you claim to do so many things for us and yet NONE OF IT IS WHAT WE WANT, so you are NOT doing any of this for us, you are doing it for yourselves.
