Stop charging people to contact you for help!
I am fed up with companies thinking they have to charge for anything and everything they can!
I have been getting emails that look like spam telling me that my 'cloud' account is getting full and I need to buy more space! I wanted to message someone to find out if this is legitimate or not but was distressed to see that I would have to pay $4.99 just for the 'privilege' of doing so.
Those of us that use your services see so many ads in our email and on your website that we shouldn't have to pay to contact you with an issue!
