Why can't I access my email in Thunderbird
I have been getting my @yahoo.ca email through my email program - Thunderbird - for over 15 years, but suddenly it stopped retrieving my email.
Apparently my johnfburke@yahoo.ca email is attached to Rogers.com and I need to log in. When I try to log in, Rogers (for some reason) tells me that my email address does not exist.
I can access my email through a web browser and even on my tablet, but not through Thunderbird.
On both the Rogers setup and Yahoo set up website information, all my email settings are OK, but it will still not connect.
Why is Rogers involved with my @yahoo email?
How do I get Thunderbird to start receiving my email again?
