  5. Give us a real way to retrieve hijacked accounts

    This customer service system is complete garbage it's no wonder everyone is switching to Gmail and other services that provide better customer service , and nobody uses Yahoo anymore. the fact they do not care about my hacked email address and my privacy being compromised as well as the others in the same situation shows but their attitude towards us as users their service shows what I call a crash and burn mentality just riding the wave till it crashes and sucking up whatever add revenue they can unil it does.

  6. My nickname/displayed has changed to my real name. No changes work.

    Suddenly name real name is appearing on all my comments. I tried changing my first name, still doesn't change. My nickname hasn't changed. What is going on?

  7. Fake Security Alerts

    I can't believe I'm getting the totally fake scam "Alert!!! Warning!!! Your browser is out of date!!! Please update your browser by clicking here!" from a legitimate 2nd tier Internet company like Yahoo. How on Earth does that get through on your home page???

    It would be helpful if you actually addressed this and not just point me to a kb article assuming that these are somehow legitimate alerts.

  8. Help with logging in to account

    I have absolutely no help with logging into my old email account I made when I was younger. I do not remember my security questions or password. Or if I had a phone number associated but there is no way for me to contact anyone in yahoo to unlock my account. I would like to speak to an actual person or have another option to verify my identity. There should be a way I can take a picture of myself with my id or birth certificate SOMETHING lol.

  15. Why can't I contact ANYONE from Yahoo regarding my account?

    I have an old account that I've been trying to access. However, when I try to sign on or reset the password, the email cannot be found. I then try to re-register the same email. Guess what? It's in use already.

    I then try to look for help on the help pages. It just kept on redirecting me in a circle. I then searched around for some kind of IT or customer service email about the issue and found one (can't remember what it was). I received an acknowledgement email but haven't heard from anyone since. This was at least…

  16. How about something that actually HELPS your customers!

    How about telling me how I can report someone trying to get into my account. Or even how to unspam something that y’all keep sending to spam and I have not. Your customer service leaves a LOT to be desired.
