This is NOT an idea just wanted to know WHY you would sensor the term Long Ball in Baseball it means hitting a Home Run....Yet when I used the term in my comment I get dinged saying I need to change the wording then I have no clue what was needed to change then I figured it out...Long Ball being Sexual.... GUESS What.... Home Run can be the same thing... Sexually so figure out what you people are censoring or go back to Communist USSR!

Just a heads up to anybody wondering about the Sports Comments. There is a link to comments at the TOP of the sports articles now and not the bottom. Yahoo changed it and didn't bother telling anybody. You'll see a link with a little number next to it. That's the number of comments. Click on it.

YAHOO quit allowing comments on all Sports stories.
I guess its OK for the YAHOO News Homepage to be full of left wing political news stories and socialist rhetoric and softcore **** pics of narcissists in bikinis. Its OK to comment about those topics, but YAHOO is afraid if we offer an opinion on a Sports topic we'll offend another Jock.
We can say Brandon has Alzheimer's, but we can't say Jonathon Toews is the worst Capitan any sports team ever had because he made fun of a teammate that was sexually abused by the team's video coach. -

For 6 - 8 weeks now there have been no comments threads on any sports stories.. Also for about 3 months now it has been near impossible to address folk who reply to one's comments, on any topic thread. When clicking on the "reply to user-x" button in the received email, anew tab opens and the conversation in question flashes up for less than one second. And then the newest comments on that thread are displayed.

i have a desktop computer and a samsung tv, I USE THEM BOTH FOR WATCHING sport updates on yahoo sports just recently on my tv yahoo does not show updates what is going on i tried to call a person at yahoo its impossible

yet again, another comment left was determined "against community standards" when it didnt violate ANY of your supposed "community standards" Not one. It wasnt even a comment directed at anyone other than the referees of the nfl, which is what you article was about. Maybe it was because i was critical of the exact same group that the article was criticizing? You can take your comment sections and shove it. I am done with this ****. I can also find another search engine and news source. Yahoo definitely isnt the only game in town.

The comments you allow on your news articles are horrendous. Odd that you only block those who give it right back
