  1. In Yahoo Finance Portfolio, zero-cost lot entries are not included in total percent gain/loss

    In Yahoo Finance Portfolio, zero-cost lot entries, such as for example airdrops in crypto, aren't properly included in the gain/loss investment returns calculation ("Total Gain"). So for example, the same set of lots that has 1,000% return on the Crypto Pro app will show 400% on Yahoo Finance, because of this bug. I suggest building up the test team; this is a really basic bug.

  2. I discovered some weird plot at the etf: iShares Core MSCI EM IMI UCITS ETF USD (Acc) (EMIM.L). In 2020 it shows complete wrong numbers.

  4. Negative value for crude oil 52 week low change%

    Mathematically, this is not possible. This is a bug that shows up when crude oil price becomes negative (developer does not think this is possible, QA does not think this is possible) but it happened last year 2020 April 20:-(

  8. Linked Brokerage Accounts appear to be broken for everyone

    Noticed this start for my Fidelity account last week. Sounds like others have been experiencing it for multiple weeks now...

  9. Whats with mandated mobile mode on Brave?

    Yahoo portfolios really sucks when you are mandating mobile mode for 34" screens. No amount of use desktop version, reloading or cache clearing fixes this.

  11. Options shares calculation is wrong

    In My Portfolio for the linked accounts, the shares count for options contracts are wrong.

    The shares count in the linked account for options is one share per contract but the "Avg Cost/Share" is multiplied by 100 and when they calculate the Total Gain, they multiply the "Avg Cost/Shares" again so it is off by 100x.

    Yahoo's calculation
    Total gain = Shares (contracts) * 100 * Avg Cost/Shares - Market Value

    If they didn't multiply the "Avg Cost/Shares" the second time in the total gain calculation, the result would be correct.

  12. Holdings daily gains includes yesterday's gainsyesterday's

    My holdings' daily gains includes yesterday's data if that market isn't open yet.
    As a consequence I can't see my European gains before the American markets open.
    It should be reset at midnight in the timezone of the relevant market.

  13. etrade balance doesn't take margin into account

    Hi, my etrade account includes stocks, but I also owe some margin. My Portfolio only has the stocks but not the margin, which inflates the total balance by the amount of the margin.

  16. Yahoo Finance Plus page: Fair Value, and Research Reports results should key to stocks specific Portfolio selected under Past Performance

    The Yahoo Finance Plus button, takes us to a page where user may, first, select a Yahoo-held Portfolio for see its Past Performance against the S&P.

    Problem 1) Stocks presented in other sections (Research Reports, FairValue, Significant Developments, Company Outlook, Technical Events) do NOT stay Portfolio-specific

    Problem 2) Place section titled "Investment Ideas" AFTER the above Sections, as its intent is to bring into view stocks that are NOT specific to the Portfolio (selected at page top for Performance evaluation).

    The Stock-Ticker-Symbol "LUMN" has nothing to do with this article about Stellar's Lumen. Please remove it as it is reporting false stories.

    LIVE bug blocks slide title copy. I wish I could post a picture here, but I do not watch Yahoo Finance full-screen and your red LIVE bug blocks text on the slide.

    You've got the word Live in the lower left hand corner of the screen, so I don't know why you need it in the top left as well.
