Double check the ticker symbol with the TMX group.
The ticker symbol XTR should point to iShares dividend fund not the Global X S&P 500 Tail Risk ETF (XTR). Don't know why the TMX group does not intercept this.

If you add the xtr symbol to your portfolio it will point to Global X shares.
