New Equity Filter Can't Apply Changes. You can change the values but the "APPLY" button remains grayed out! Please fix. Thanks

I played around with it and determined you need to "reset" the filter, then select "Custom" again so that you can change values and then "Save" those. My original thought was that if you just changed a value it would know you changed something and then let you apply / save it.
