Its become a ego thing
Yahoo is insistent on changing something they know doesn't work. The new site is way more cluttered, has less organized data, and is inundated with ads and usless page space. They knew this when they changed the U.S. site and everyone went to the old Canada site. So it became a ******* match because of the arrogance of a company insisting on telling its users what the users want.
I used matketwatch's front page when they swapped the US site until i found the Canada site. Now no choice but to use Marketwatch all the time for news. Its almost…

Your old setup showed Hang Seng under Asia. This beta has a banner that does ot include that.

could you return to the old way? what i miss is the top gainers /losers / volume but also for nasdaq
return to the old or at least the old info on top gainers /losers / volume leaders including nasdaq info?

Recently Viewed does not retain values
Recently Viewed looses it's ticker codes after closing the home page -- previous version kept them for future viewing when opening Yahoo Financial

Ugly, hard to find information. too much wasted space.
I was very happy with the previous look - always easy to find info, ads were not overly intrusive. The beta look is a huge step backwards.
