I did NOT ask for yahoo search engine page to replace the one I have been using! Get the Shut off my computer Yahoo! This is garbage Yahoo **** that causes your rep to sink to even lower levels!If you want a chance to be relevant again, forcing your search page on us to use without our permission is NOT how you will EVER get it back!
It wouldnt really be so bad to actually force your **** on us if we could actually try it, at that point WE DECIDE if we still want it, and if we do not, HAVE A SIMPLE WAY TO GET RID OF IT!!! Dont force it without a way to get rid of it if we dont like it!
Thats only going to have us call it garbageno matter if it was actually a decent page! Because it's unable to be removed, no matter how good it might be, it is ALWAYS GOING TO BE CONSIDERED ****, BY EVERYBODY!!!!!!! Dont force your garbage on our computers Yahoo. That should be a no brainer! What moron thought it would be good to FORCE us to start using your search page whether we wanted it or not? FIRE THEM!
get baci with me if you like. My email marcpilot1 at your email(same email address i've had since 2005). But I assume when I deleted Yahoo off my computer(because that search page wouldnt go away)I will apparently have to stop using the SAME email address I have had at yahoo for well over a decade!!!!

A user installed extension which can be disabled or removed.
From the menu bar, click Tools,, then Add-Ons. In your menu bar is not visible, Alt-T will get you to the menu, select Add-Ons (or, Ctrl + Shift +A is more direct). Under extensions,, look for a "Y" in a circle ... the title is "Search and New Tab by Yahoo". Select disable or remove, restart your browser. That's all.
