Don't want to have to change browser to Edge. I like Internet Explorer and don't like Edge or Google Chrome.
Have used Internet Explorer for years and like it over Edge or Google Chrome. May have to leave Yahoo Mail if it is going to not be supported by Yahoo Mail.

Multiple issues
I would like to keep New Mail. However:
It is SLOW on Chrome.
The top message in my inbox isn't visible.
Messages don't automatically "mark as read".

sorting
When Voting, I thought I would get a chance to vote NO, but apparently "Vote" means "Vote FOR". That should change.
I wanting to vote NO on sorting oldest first. When conversations are grouped that seems to be what happens and it is NOT what I want.

Sorting is crucial. Please add sort function either by the header or a drop down function just like the classic.

Allow us to distinguish off-topic emails from a Conversation
"Group by Conversation" is excellent for reading, but doesn't allow for separating off-topic replies. Please provide a "Remove from Conversation" option in each email's "More" menu.
A less-desirable workaround: move the "Group by Conversation" switch to the quick Settings drop-down, where the "Message Tabs" toggle is now (does anyone need to toggle that on and off all the time?).

The whole email content doesn't show in the email. It runs off the page on the left and the right. Didn't do that before.
I don't have an idea, Just don't like that I can't read the whole email. I have to guess at what some of it says.

Nothing else then problems with this new version.
If you want to see the thread of one mail address, it does not work anymore, if you want to see the attachments, pics, docs, it does not work and very very slow... I am ready to quite yahoo, bad bad bad....

Notes on received emails
Think of this...
We get an email... We dont want to reply right away or even forget it...II wish there was a way to attach a note for our own future reference to every mail we receive.
Like a postit yellow piece of slip paper

We should be able to delete PART of an email thread. Right now, it's either delete the ENTIRE thread or keep all of it!
I like the previous method where you can DELETE certain emails in the same thread and KEEP others without having to delete the ENTIRE thread.

Deleting conversations vs. just one mail
When I'm showing emails as conversations, behavior of buttons is confusing.
Trashcan in message list pane: Deletes all messages in conversation? Just the most recent one?
Check the "thread" in the message pane, hover right, click on trash: Deletes all messages? Just the most recent one?
And are these different from the behaviors of the trash can on the top of the preview pane?
Just overall confusing.

I want to preview videos, not download them
The old mail allowed two choices. I could download a video or view it. I liked being able to view the video and then close it. I don't want to have to download it and then delete it afterward
