  1. Can't access account info, just redirects back to login page

    I need to access account info to get an app password set up, but it keeps directing back to the login page and never gets to the account info page. This is critical for me for my Quickbooks account

  6. Allow me to see what e-mails I'm subscribed to so I can unsubscribe. Thx.

    My Hotmail account lets me see all the places I'm subscribed to for e-mail. Handy so I can unsubscribe if desired.

    You can upgrade to Yahoo Mail Plus or subscribe to Access + Forwarding to use the email forwarding feature in your Settings. Automatic forwarding sends a copy of incoming messages from your Yahoo Mail account to another email address. 


    If the option isn't listed in your account, it's not available at this time.

    Unless we mark a message as archived, perhaps other mail not so marked or moved to a folder, erase it in two weeks.

  11. Please put the red mail alert back as the new blue is hard to notice.

    Why was the red alert for my mail taken away and replaced with a blue one that is the same colour as the blue envelope. Very hard to notice i have new mail now.

  12. Bring back generate app passwords

    The generate app passwords feature has been disabled. This means I cannot add my Yahoo mail account to Outlook desktop on my new PC.

    I have been a loyal customer of yours for decades. Treating customers like this is appalling.

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Due to some recent changes designed to improve the safety of our platforms and member privacy, we’ve made the process to create App Specific Passwords more secure. This can result in some difficulty when trying to set up an ASP from a new device. Please ensure that you try creating an app password without using an Incognito browser and use a browser where you have signed into that account in the past, for at least a couple of days. If this is not successful, there may not be a workaround; as we don't know if or when this feature will be available, we encourage you to use Webmail or the Yahoo Mail app to access your email. We’ll share the feedback on how this experience has been for you internally. Thanks again for letting us know.

  13. The personalize inbox screen opens every time I sign into mail, along with prove your not a robot it's now a 2 step process to open my mai

    It's now a 2 step process to open my mail. Never used to be this way, gmail looking better all the time.

  14. App Password access lost due to disc failure. Can not access yahoo mail on Outlook

    Please give app password access as I lost Yahoo account on Outlook due to disc failure. I have used yahoo for last 22yreas. I have been using yahoo on outlook for some time now. My request is you should consider long term users like me if they loose access due to hardware problems and not consider us as new accounts. regards. sameer_ssk2001@yahoo.com

  16. Settings for alternative email can't deleted, appears line : "This is your Yahoo account username, so it can't be removed"

    I have 3-4 alternative recovery emails for my yahoo mail. But i have 1 that i lost. That email is not active for 15 years. I have done many ways to recover that alternative mail back. But i cannot. So sad when i want to delete that recovery mail from my yahoo settings, that appears line says : "This is your Yahoo account username, so it can't be removed."
    Please YAHOO, can you just delete that settings?! Because thats very crucial for our mail security. Can you add some rules that recovery mails above 5 / 6 years need reconfrimed...…

  17. "Enable large text size" works fine. However, once it's done, I can't undo that option, can't see that option in settings anymore.

  20. Fix the app/two step verification. Repeatedly the codes provided did not work in the apps. OVER AND OVER. Might be time to leave Yahoo

    I’ve been trying to log in repeatedly on my iPad IN THE APP. I’ve used text to phone and code sent to third-party email address and nothing works. I must have tried a dozen times. I’m finding the experience very frustrating.
