How can we improve New Mail?

Please put the red mail alert back as the new blue is hard to notice.

Why was the red alert for my mail taken away and replaced with a blue one that is the same colour as the blue envelope. Very hard to notice i have new mail now.

    Where did the red alert symbol go from my new mail notification that was beside the blue envelope in Yahoo mail. Making the new symbol blue is hard to see when i have new mail.
