Unable to send a HELP request to Yahoo
I had my emails deleted but am unable to send a HELP request to the Yahoo tech support team to remedy the problem. While filling the request form, it will not accept my email as a valid email - hence, the request to YAHOO cannot be processed. The ROGERS support team acknowledges the problem and that others have also had this same problem, but they are unable to assist & that someone from YAHOO needs to address the problem. Transgender
I am a transgender man and I created this account under my previous name years ago. I changed my name on my account but yahoo still adresses my under my old name. This needs to be fixed.

Mis-joining of email discussions
Hello, In my Inbox and the concept of emails combining to simplify email discussions, some of my emails are not combining properly. I have emailed an individual and they have responded. Then my email discussions with another individual are combining with this email compiled listing. Why is this and how can it be fixed? I do not want to get mixed up and email the wrong person. Very confidential discussions.

Better protection and delivery of the mails. I am losing some of my emails.
I am losing some of my emails, they show up in the notifications of my phone, but then when i check them up they aren't there, or in any folder, not even spam. I have lost some important mails so I believe it;s a serious issue.

Unread message counter is correct, folder shows no unread messages
I in fact have over 10000 unread messages (I know this from my phone and from the mail count in the browser tab) which I want to clean out. However, if I go to my unread messages folder, it shows no unread messages.

Please find a way to get rid of the "unread" email in my email inbox. I've checked extensively and there aren't any.

There is apparently a new bug, where the timer to refresh the mail list in any folder is triggered even while you are reading a message.
If you have e-mail in a folder sorted by Unread, and are reading an e-mail, the tool will timeout and return you to the list, perhaps with new e-mail due to the refresh cycle.
This is an error of recent time.
The only workaround is to unsort the list and re-select the e-mail, which can be very hard if it is an older e-mail.

You should be able to access any mail you have not deleted, regardless of the date from an active mailbox. To access your oldest mail, click on “Sort” on the top left of the message list and select “oldest to newest”

When composing emails, the task bar (send, attachment button, etc) is no longer visible. Sending emails nearly impossible.
The send button, along with the attachment button, font, etc, are all either cut off or completely missing from an email being composed. How do I send an email or attachment if I can't access the buttons?

Issue with emailing a list
Twice this week I sent an email to a contact list (~25 emails in the list). From my end it seemed to work fine. The TO: list showed all 25 individuals with their correct email. However it did not work fine. The first person on the list got 25 copies of the email and the others on the list did not receive it. For now I've converted to another mail server.
