  2. There is a Draft message in my box I did not initiate.

    yahoo!mail is misbehaving and starting new messages and saving them to my drafts which are not ever intended to be sent. I did not create them and it is a system error and I will not send them.

    Not an idea but a bug. If a draft is composed on mobile it creates a duplicate and places the draft body under the signature when signing in on the website.

  5. Why Yahoo System marks my mails as SPAMS and prevents them to be sent!? Why is that, I write regular mails, don't sell anything!

    Why Yahoo chooses to mark my outgoing mails as SPAMS and stop them from sending? I haven't created any filters for these! Why is this happening? I may quit Yahoo after many years since they turning bad!

  6. Sent email going to draft instead of sending using web browser (Chrome)

    I often share links to news articles with friends/family using my Yahoo email by web browser. Many of these over the past few months appear to go straight to the draft folder and aren't sent. No errors or other indication this happens until I'd stumbled on draft folder with 40 msg.s in it.

  7. Make inbox and drafts work

    Worst email in history. I've used email for over 30 years. Forward doesn't work on small devices. I try to forward and it creates multiple drafts that i can't get rid of. On create or forward it doesn't recognize valid email addresses and won't let me send. Give me cox back or fix this piece of junk

    If you are not receiving messages or you notice your emails are going to Trash you may want to check your filters. Check out https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN15994.html for info on how to check your filters. If you did not set any present filters, you may want to secure your account.

  9. 2023 drafts vanished

    I was doing a search in Yahoo mail and I noticed all my 2023 draft messages were gone from draft folder. All other years still there. No delete message issued. Unable to find. Any advice

    We regret to hear this. Unfortunately, emails from your Drafts or Spam folders cannot be recovered.

  10. Do not permanently delete from the Draft folder!!!

    I had a few critically important long messages checkmarked accidentally, and one intentionally which I wanted to delete and they are all gone permanently. This is not how it should be!! They should still be in Trash or Undo should work. Frustrated and furious. Please fix this.

    We regret hearing this. Unfortunately, emails from the Spam and Drafts folder cannot be recovered. We advise against keeping important info there.

  12. Fix send error mail parked in draft folder

    Fix a problem, Pro mail indicates mail I sent using Microsoft Office 365 Outlook is parked in the DRAFT folder of Yahoo Mail Pro, even though my Office Outlook mail was received by recipient and my Office 365 indicates the mail was sent and opened by the recipient.

  13. Save as a draft

    This is rediculous! I had to rekey my very detailed email 3 times because the system doesn't save drafts automatically ... and, there is no way to manually save a draft. Very poor design!

    Yahoo - PAY ATTENTION!

    Your new email does not save Drafts. Any email placed in Draft the body of the email disappears. Please fix this immediately.

  19. Information from Drafts gone missing

    On several occasions, I have had important information from my Draft emails gone missing, without having sent or deleted it. Please help resolve this. I guess it cannot be recovered, but could you verify it does not happen again?

    Sometimes when a mailbox behaves like this it’s because of another program or app the account is being accessed from. Syncing issues between the account and a mail app can cause emails to be moved around oddly. If you access the account through a mobile device or app, you may want to remove the account from the device and re-add it to resolve any syncing issues in the future.

  20. Improve the refresh rate of my Draft emails or bring back tabs

    It used to be that I could be typing a new email and if I needed to reference the details from another email, I could look through my inbox or go to another tabbed email and switch back and forth. Now if I click away from the email I am typing and look through my inbox for the email, reference it and the only way to go back to the new email is under drafts. But drafts has a horrible refresh rate and often it takes a few minutes for an email I was typing to show up in that…

    You can turn on the tabs option in the settings. Click on Settings> More settings> Personalize Inbox > scroll down > toggle “On” the option next to “Message Tabs”.

    Changes are saved automatically.
