Please try clearing the browser’s cache and cookies. If you still encounter issues, use a different browser (anything but Internet Explorer) You can find a list of supported browsers here: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN4556.html

The problem in the Yahoo email not saving the Drafts is Yahoo's problem not mine! You never tested your system and there is a flaw in it. Now fix it. Do not blame the customer for something you are responsible for.
