Make the Address book visible in its totality, not only a few from every letter in the address book!!!

mail auto adds people I don't want
This free email auto adds everyone I email and get email from, even spam email and I am unable to turn this feature off. Things I find online doesn't work and yahoo has such horrible advice if you're lucky enough to find anything at all. 11,16/23

Add a simple Delete option in the Contacts panel. thank you.
A necessary option to keep the contacts list short and relevant, kindly add a Delete button to the Contacts panel. Seems like a "No Brainer", especially so in my opinion, that some options are of little use. Thank you.

It is important to have a whitelisting feature. All of a sudden emails that are not spam constantly are being sent to spam, even when I have marked as not spam multiple times.
The machine learning is not doing its job if when a user marks an email address as NOT SPAM is still sent to spam next time an email is sent.
Users should not have to be checking spam from frequent contacts. Personally I have to check my inbox and then my spam for important emails, its like having 2 emails addresses.

I love Yahoo mail but I think think that you should have to put in a password to delete someone's contact.
is someone wants so delete an account that is already in my contacts they should need a password. the contact should not be able to delete is a password is not put in. this can help with hackers, and bad friends who delete contacts.

When adding new contacts it keeps telling me the email is invalid and I know it is not! Is there a system issue?

Ever since a recent upgrade the search ALWAYS says there were no such persons in my list of contacts. Then I have to do a manual search until I find the person and their email. It used to be that the email address would appear in my email that I'm sending. The disappearance of these two features makes me hesitant to send an email.

Unable to add contacts to list using any browser. Why?
Fix it!! The contacts exist in my list of contacts; however, I cannot add them to a list. Additionally, viewing sent mail shows the contacts in red, and the search function doesn't work.
When will this be corrected?

When I begin with a few letters of a contact, suggested names appear and at least 1 is a deceased person that is not in my contact list. Top or recent contacts should be limited to a couple of weeks or be a list that is editable. The list should be for our convenience, not some scheme of Yahoo. There are often email exchanges that I do not ever want to see again after a couple of days.

Contact retrieval problem
I added two contacts to my yahoo mail yesterday. I have to go in to my contacts and look them up then click on the email address to add them to an email. All of my other contacts you enter the first letter of the contacts name and all contacts with that letter appear. Why don't the new additions come up?

you make it impossible to auto delete unwanted addresses. Yahoo mail used to be the one to have it is now a joke!
i have spent most of one day trying to clean up my laptop, I have found that yahoo has lost its mind in the hoops they make its users have to do it manually. I will will be getting some other mail app in the morning whoever is the brain-dead geek who made the decision to do this should get a life

Your new format idea leaks private info
I'm not opting to save all of my contacts especially my "top" contact. My top contact was never a someone who I communicated with who I never saved in my contact and suddenly Yahoo decides that they're my "top" comment, kindly **** yourself. I know what you're doing.

Get rid of phone number on contact card
Contact card. Why are they putting a phone number on the contact card. That is an infringement on personal privacy. They never had permission to use or to put it on my contact card. This is not good that they are pulling information from other sources and putting it on a contact card. That is bad and that practice needs to stop. We have a right to our privacy even when using Yahoo's email system. This should not be standard practice.
People should be concerned. This is a form of tracking and data mining. No wonder I have been getting…
