1. Looking for your investigation of all my lost old emails (over 10,000 in and out messages)

   dickyhung2000@yahoo.com.hk has been used from about 1998 up to now. But over 10,000 old emails are lost recently. Please
   1) investigate what had happened?
   
   2) had any hackers clicked into my above emails address and stole all my emails?
   3) Please give me reply upon receipt this complain.
   4) This reply details of solution of this case.

2. mass delete contacts

   Need to mass delete contacts. I thought I was just adding another account to the display - instead - it merged the 2 accounts. They can't share contacts and I already published the new email address. Need to mass delete the contacts from the other account
