Messages lost after update!!

Today (5-Jan-18) you've made some changes... and I've lost ALL my messages. Those from INBOX... those SENT... I don't know if I will be able to follow some works if I can't retrieve them again.
Where are they?

    PLEASE , PLEASE, PLEASE I NEED MY INBOX MESSAGES FROM JAN. 1 UP TO THIS DATE JANUARY 16, 2018 I HAVE A VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM A BANK AND IT'S NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. PLEASE RETRIEVE IT FOR ME .. I'VE BEEN SEARCHING IT FOR 3 DAYS ALREADY AND HAVE A LITTLE SLEEP BECAUSE OF IT! THIS IS VERY, VERY CRAZY! NEED IT SO BADLY MAYBE IT WAS JAN. 10, 11, OR 12 BUT SEND ME ALL EMAILS FROM JAN. 1, 2018 THANKS A LOT... THIS IS REALLY URGENT....

    Messages from INBOX have dissapeared again...
    I don't know what are you doing within yours servers but I'm devoting a whole working day with the problem you've created with this MAIL service.
    Please, fix it ASAP.

    Recovering useful mails from within the mess of Deleted files folder is a nightmare.
    Not possible to sort by name or subject...

    I've just seen you moved ALL inbox files to Deleted folder.... !!??
    I shall to control all to see which of them is ON or "realley deleted" for me...
