  1. No prior notice received about data deletion due to inactivity

    I was unable to check my Yahoo Mail for more than a year because of personal circumstances. When I accessed my account today, I was dismayed to find that all of my emails, folders, and contacts had been removed. I was not informed of this data removal policy beforehand, nor did I receive any alerts on my recovery email. I would be truly grateful if my account data could be restored.

  2. SPAM!!!

    The amount of spam coming through your servers is a joke and the technology you have should be able to stop the spam.. its 2025 and not 2001

    You send an email about mailbox size limit, and yet you show nowhere our mailbox size.
