Please be sure you click on the settings wheel in Mail, not in Help. We have found that some users are trying to make the change to switchback to classic Mail in help.yahoo.com rather than in Mail.yahoo.com. You will not find the option to switchback in Help. You will find it in Mail.

    I do not like the new mail format. I want to go back to classic mail. The new format is a problem because you have to keep signing in every time you go to your mail.

    There are options missing in your directions on how to return to the Classic Mail. It simply does not exist . I can't deal with this new version anymore - it's messing up my life . Checking emails is taking hours and hours .
