I signed up for the wider mail extension & I got Yahoo for my browser!! If I wanted Yahoo for my browser, I'd ask for it. STOP THE POPUP or give an option "No thank you. DO NOT SHOW ME THIS AGAIN."

Yes you interfere with my settings I is not primary for blocking Ads. If yo are in China you need to block all Facebook, YouTube, twitter and all Googles .com addresses. Otherwise I need to wait foor every access to time out. You can imagine how long I have to wait for all this. With all this blocked everything works smoothly.
If web designer could see to sett te appropriate google top domains it had been much easier for all. I.E. google.com should be set to google.cn. The cn follows Chinese laws that prohibit to disclose or sell customer information to a third party. -

Absolutely horrible interface with annoying popups, incorrect timezone alerts, adblocker prompts, etc. and ridiculously poor performance. And above all, more than a billion user accounts were compromised and Yahoo never bothered telling its user until it was announced on the news.

I do not agree with these terms. I signed up years ago for yahoo and I do not need yahoo sharing my information with parties like verizon. It's is ridculously creepy and gross that Yahoo is reading my emails, and then popping up with comments on how it thinks I've overpaid. THIS IS HUGE VIOLATION OF PRIVACY. If it's not acceptable for facebook and google, why does Yahoo think it's okay? Yahoo also keeps telling me to turn off my add blocker. Maybe I wouldn't need one if you weren't scanning my emails and then creeping me out by advertising to me based on emails. I implore you to create a setting to turn targeted advertising and email scanning off the way other companies have, before you wind up with a lawsuit.
I'll be transferring all my accounts to gmail accounts in the next week, unless I receive some word that this invasion of privacy is being corrected.

Simply eliminate dynamic or video ads. Static ads that don;t hog bandwidth are ok and I'd whitelist you then.

So many ads! Also when trying to read my mail a giant ad pops up in front of it! It's ridiculous. That's why I dislike using Yahoo. It is also very slow due to the ads. I normally use a different source of email.

our lives are inundated with ads, so much so we dont even absorb the content. just stop. I refuse to buy anything I have seen in an ad online, Even if i want that service or object. I will not participate in your ads.

seconded. You already showed your lack of interest in your users when you abandoned the once wonderful questions and answers section.

Had to erase an informative ADD which prevented my reading the right portion of my banking report! ADDS need more restrictions!

My ad blocker allows unintrusive ads. Ironic that your approach is to 1) choose to use intrusive ads and then 2) put up at the most intrusive message possible complaining that the intrusive ads were blocked.
I'd be totally fine with non animated ads as I understand that advertising gives you revenue to support this free service.
You guys need to change your tactics with this one or you'll lose this customer (or force people back to the classic interface until you nerf that).

You want me to white list you on my service, but in you new format you still want to collect data about me. I concerned about that as you have had a breach. How can I trust that you wont have another breach?
