How can we improve New Mail?

reappearing emails that I have blocked,and deleted

I keep getting e-mails that I have blocked as spam,and set them to be deleted, appearing back in my inbox as new mail. How do I get these to stay blocked,and deleted,so they don't reappear?

    I have TONS of old and already seen emails in my account that WILL NOT delete. Can you fix it? Also, it would be nice to have a setting to be able to delete messages from a certain time period.

    When I delete emails from my inbox, they appear to go away but then the page has continuous loading and never resolves to it's new "deleted" state. If I reload the page all the emails I just deleted reappear.
    The root cause seems to be the loading issue but the end result is deleted emails coming back from the dead.
