Lost all of my Notes! I need to be able to retrieve them.

Our team is currently working with Apple to sort this issue out. Since February, the iOS Notes app had not been sending requests to our server to backup the notes. As a result, we don’t have records of them on our end to restore. We’re hoping to find an answer soon.

I feel extremely disrespected after 30 Years of loyalty. Your outsourced Tech Support Team has occupied over 9+ hours of my time, blamed Apple, then has not worked with Apple to recover my information that was saved on the Yahoo server. I have 16+ e-mails and 20+ Calls, and then to avoid me the support team tries to say I have to open a new case...which I did; even though they haven't fixed the other 2 Cases that were opened. This is way too much for 30 Years of loyalty, and you don't realize the negative reputation that your Manila, PI office is giving you by their incompetence and lack of follow through. I'm only writing on here, because they said there wasn't a way to reach Yahoo directly...which I know is not true, but I've learned that the team also lacks integrity and Leadership...so today is the last straw. I need my "Notes" recovered, and if Yahoo doesn't get them...or work with Apple to resolve, then it's clear that you don't deserve my business if you don't notify your customers of known issues to prepare accordingly. I'd like a call back!
