Wow, that date separation ('earlier this week', 'last week') REALLY is a drag. Really breaks up the view for no reason.
Date separation ('earlier this week', 'last week', etc.) REALLY is an interruption in the view for no reason. It's a complete drag and a distraction. I KNOW when emails arrived; the date is right at the end of the line! A real nuisance but we've been over this already, haven't we? And the trash can for emails is inconvenient. Should be where it was; near the sender area. The new features mentioned take you all over the page unnecessarily. Makes for inefficient operation. Trashes speedy work.

I strongly endorse the opinion stated here that the date separators should be made optional. Some people may like them. Clearly, some people absolutely hate them. You can please everyone by including a simple option in Settings.
The problem, from my view, is that they take up valuable screen space and don't give me any information I didn't know already.

There is a date line on the email list. We use that
Put a toggle for display.I note that your "precious" almost-like-a-email-header-capture-FOOL's-clicks advert is still at the top of the list.
Fool me once, You can't fool me twice with that advert-as-a-email header line trick again.
