How can we improve New Mail?

Give me back my contacts list!!

Like hundreds of others I cant find my contacts list. I note that as yet there is no answer from you regarding this. I think I may have to get another mail service if you cannot provide an answer,or are silly enough to remove this much needed facility. .

    This stinks. I run an online business and now since you forced the "upgrade" I have lost more than half my contacts! Now where are they and how do I get them back??
