I am extremely upset at the LACK of response I am getting from Yahoo. Two days ago my e-mail on my other yahoo account was wiped out.
I have/had another Yahoo account. I can no longer get into that account. For some reason, it will not accept my password, which I know is correct because I have it saved on my google account and Avast account. There is a lack of communication at Yahoo to solve these problems. I work from my computer from home and have a lot of information on my other account that I need. I have been waiting over 48 hours for a response from "customer service" at Yahoo. I was asked to provide some information for my account recovery, which I did and have not heard back as of yet.
