How can we improve New Mail?

I HATE that I cannot control the name of my contacts! For YEARS I had a contact "Dad" but it has changed to his actual name...can't fix!

Give us back a way to name our contacts and STOP changing them to their actual names.

    I've gone in and edited the contact, only to have it revert back to an actual name later. It's so frustrating, I'm considering deleting my account.
