How can we improve New Mail?

Hello All,
I had two mailboxes connected to Yahoo mail account then they stopped syncing so I decided to unlink them and this was done years ago and they are still in disconnecting status.
I contact the support several times to solve this issue yet it is not solved yet.

Is there anyways to disconnect these mailboxes and fix this issue?
