How can we improve New Mail?

I am getting hundreds of unwanted marketing emails which are distraction to my work and most of the time i am missing imp e mails.Pl stop.

I do not have time to go to hundreds e mails and unsubscribe them. Please stop all advertisement mails immediately.

    Did your email server go through some kind of technical issue lately? I have received more spam emails in the past 3 days than I have combined in the previous 2 weeks. Seriously, Gmail has a much better service with regards to blocking spam emails than Yahoo. Step your game up.

    I keep reporting spam email addresses with phishing links and it does NOTHING! They keep coming into my inbox from the same exact **** email address

    This is Yahoo thinking we're going to PAY for their spam block app. I ain't doing' it.

    Stop sending spam emails into my email spam box which are not addressed to my email. It's useless blocking them because Yahoo comes back and tells me I've already marked them as spam but just in case I wanted to unspam them, go ahead. The Filtering system is nonexistent! It's laughable if I wasn't getting a min of 20 spam mails, some of which I consider porngraphic.

    Better check certain phishing emails that don't allow hovering over to see full sender email and then the "Block Sender" is not available where it usually is after clicking on the 3 dots. McAfee phishing emails especially!

    My Inbox is being inundated--up to 25 spam messages per day. It just started happening within the past month or so. I continually click "SPAM" button to mark each one as SPAM, but the Spam Filter isn't capturing SPAM! Why has the Spam filter and Spam folder stopped working?
    I HATE SEEING ALL OF THIS SPAM!

    block spam mail should not be confined to 1000, it should be endless, not limited by 1000, only, this is because, we all try to stay on yahoo mail, but once reached 1000 blocked spam mail, our inbox becomes not manageable any more.
    i wish to have 1000 block spam mail feature to be removed, and allowing the users blocking the spam mails as long as we want.
    so this way, we can stay on yahoo for very long time.

    i wish to have have block spam number from 1000 to 5000 pls, as my one email address is fast reaching to 1000, and another email address is already over, and even so, the spam mails just keep coming. if to keep this way, i can no longer manage my inbox anymore.

    In the past two months the number of spam emails in my inbox has suddenly jumped at least 500%! I've tried to create filters for certain key words that keep appearing over and over again, so these emails will at least go into my trash folder, but nothing seems to be working. Why has this happened suddenly?

    Scammers send email addresses outside of Yahoo mail. These could be in emails sent to non-yahoo addresses, in instant message scams, etc. There should be a way to report these email addresses so they can be shut down.

    How about letting us block ip addresses that originate from Russia? Or, 1 step further, let us pick the origin country we want to block. Russia, North Korea, China, all of the top countries where phishing emails originate. That would block a LOT of phishing email that plagues all email accounts.

    I just identified 30 out of 49 emails as spam. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have been loyal to Yahoo for a very long time. While I have a Gmail account, I have preferred the Yahoo interface. And while it may be a royal pain, I'm getting close to closing my Yahoo account permanently if tech support doesn't deal with these issues. IT'S NOT THAT HARD!

    I'm getting a lot of spam from email addresses that are just strings of letters that don't make any words. Surely these are easy to identify and block so that they aren't delivered to me at all.

    I get a number of gmail emails eg my 2 sons, my doctor, my solicitor etc
    I keep removing it from the blocked senders but it keeps getting put back in. Please let me get my important emails from gmail.com. Stop blocking it.
    Stop moving gmail into spam when it is unblocked. I missed an important deadline because of this.
    Both these mean I miss important emails. Let me do more to decide what is spam. I filter very well with Mailwasher Pro which is better than your spam filter

    About 30 days ago your spam detection because either broken or completely useless. I know get 30+ spam messages per day. I always always report them and I get the exact same message, same formatting, subject line, graphics, every single day.

    Your mail is unusable and if you don't have a competent enough spam team to fix this soon I am abandoning my email. It's because an absolute joke
