How can we improve New Mail?

Can't import contacts from csv file

Won't import from csv. Constantly get an error message. Importing from an account also doesn't work, will get the login prompt for the account but then nothing.

    I have followed the directions to import my contacts (address book) in Outlook. It says importing but nothing happens. How can I bring over all these names.
