How can we improve New Mail?

I'm living in Korea. So I can't pay for yahoo plus and had not use my emails from Feb.

I can not use emails. I enjoyed with you since 1995 but now can not use emails from FEB. I want to contact you by email. let me know your email add. because can not approach yahoo plus, etc...
