How can we improve New Mail?

email not working properly

I've been trying to use my account, reset passwords, and login for past two days, and now I have to pay for help. What happened Yahoo? I can't make any changes in my settings as the tabs are no longer there.

    Will Yahoo! add the "Schedule" outgoing mail feature ever? With today's technology and a.i., it should be an easy fix. Gmail has always had it. There are tons of a.i.'s out there that allow this feature to be added to Yahoo! This is very frustrating at times when you are sending important reminders but you want them to go out at a certain time, but you are not available to send at that time, so you draft the email and SCHEDULE it to be sent from the Draft on the date and at the time specified! Help please. Thank You.

    phone and cant access and old number. if you cant access the old number (no i dont mean forgot your password) you sol. yahoo will make you pay to acess you account. so...whats the point of me having a password. decoration i guess. Many people cant afford to not access their email so be prepared for the money hungry corporation to take full advantage no matter if a person can afford to pay or not...why would you need to in the first place.

    i think this should stop, getting tried into guessing which pictures are of cars, bikes, traffic lights etc,, just to prove that i am human,, God knows i am a human sadly yahoo email is the machine i had this email for many years and its been recent that they started with the capatcha picture codes

    I've sent the same email 3 times in a row to a gmail account and charter account and they are not receiving them. Junk mails have been checked and they are not going in the junk mail. These are contact I email on nearly daily basis and now its not working?!

    My default language is English, but all interfaces are in Hebrew.
    Translate works very poorly.

    Hello,

    I chose to post this review on "My Review" -> "Other" because not one of the other general categories does cover entirely the problem I'm facing. My problems is this: It's been a year or so since I last entered my Yahoo account to see my emails, not that I didn't tried to enter; I did tried several times. Everytime I tried to enter the system was not allowing me to enter my account. Simple as that. When a few days ago I finally managed to enter, I found out that all my emails (incoming, sent, etc, all of them) as well as my contacts have been deleted. Everything is deleted.
    Searching around I read that I can probably recover some emails if they were deleted the last week, but up to there. They don't go further back.
    So, everything, every single email and information I received and sent the last about 15 years, every contact, are now deleted never to be recovered.

    Disappointment is not the correct word to express my thoughts about what happened.
    Also, I feel this monumental failure cancels the very reason why Yahoo exists.

    Change to old @verizon.net back to @yahoo.com.
    Verizon doesn't do email any more.

    Hello I agree with the many people who have been asking for a "schedule send" function, so that emails can automatically be sent out a later time. This is an essential feature and I, like many others, will need to abandon yahoo email unless it's implemented soon... Thank you!!
