How can we improve New Mail?

Extremely unfriendly help site. Continuous problems trying to access mail with 2 step verification which doesn't bloody work.

Spent hours trying to access Yahoo mail. Cannot get past the 2 step verification as it does not send a verification code to my android mobile phone. Just about ready to uninstall the whole thing. Days of emails waiting for me to address. Worst thing I ever did was to accept the option of 2 step verification. AND I can't even sign in to post this complaint.

    I'm one of the MANY who are totally frustrated with Yahoo. Also, is Yahoo responsible for user losing a lot of money because you have links in your news stories that lead to scam sites that are imbedded in your stories, So, you owe me AU$350.00.
