Y'all are an ableist piece of ****
**** y'all. y'all are no help. There are emails visible in my inbox on my phone app, but they are not visible on my computer, on my iPad, or on the web. They're not even in a different folder. I know they exist because I am literally looking at them on my phone. Support is no help because there is literally no option for this specific issue. Your support is also very ableist, only having a call the hotline option. Many people are unable to make phone calls for varying reasons. Seriously **** y'all.

PDF in Review Mode Does Not Print
When you select to "Preview" an PDF attachment from within Yahoo Mail, and then try to print the PDF while in Preview mode, it fails to print and my HP printed displays an error msg. If I download and then print the PDF, no issue. I am able to recreate this error and have reproduced it using both a MAC and a Dell Laptop. Please have your Engineering Team review to determine if this functionality is working per plan or not, thank you.

NVR motion email alarm with image embedded.
I use my Yahoo email on my NVR to send notification email attaching a pic when the cam detect motion. Yahoo is not displaying or attaching the image, while on gmail it is working well. can we display embedded pictures send from my NVR using Yahoo account?

delete not working on block and delete option in SPAM
The block and delete option in SPAM does not delete the emails from the SPAM folder... one has to further highlight emails again and use the delete button to clear them from the folder. Not sure that the block function is working either.

Many of my emails are getting into Spam folder even though I have marked them as NOT Spam for the previous emails.
Nowadays, I am forced to open Spam folder to look for all the valid emails sitting there, marked as Spam. I have marked previous emails coming from that email ID as NOT Spam and still the new emails go into the Spam folder. Also one email goes into Inbox and another email (both from the same email id) goes into Spam. Why is this happening so frequently (daily). It is getting to a point of say emails sent Yahoo account, automatically goes into Spam folder. This is getting worse by the day. Either this is fixed or I am going…

Browser closes when attachment download completes
It started happening recently at least with Firefox. Every time an email attachment is done downloading for the first time in a browsing session, it forces Firefox to close.

You must improve the way to recover our password.
I think you must tell that we need to "write" our "e-mail" to recover our account, because we think you only need to get the code. But when we don't get it, you only says: "we don't have any other method to recover your account". So we continue trying to get it, only send you the code sent by our telephone. Contents of spam folder for additional Mailboxes not showing
When multiple emails are added via mailboxes, whichever account is not active will not show all of the contents in the spam folder.
For example- I am logged into email #1 and add email #2 as a mailbox. The active account is email #1. I go to view the spam folder for email #2 and nothing is there. I set the active account to email #2 and view the spam folder. There are emails there.
