You must improve the way to recover our password.
I think you must tell that we need to "write" our "e-mail" to recover our account, because we think you only need to get the code. But when we don't get it, you only says: "we don't have any other method to recover your account". So we continue trying to get it, only send you the code sent by our telephone. Recently, I wasted time for weeks trying to recover my account, until by any chance I realized I had to write on the empty line, my "e-mail". 😡 It was very harmful to me, because I lost to get in touch in time with people I might to. 😡
Besides, I need you to show on screen how many "Spam" mails I have, before to check that issue. Because If I don't see the number on the icon, I suppose I don't have any. 😡
