The technical indicators view for 1 day obstructed
So when you go to 1 day view and look at technical indicators the data pill is not movable and BLOCKS the information you are attempting to track and monitor. Can it be set up to drag the pill info away?

New charts causing Firefox to crash
Your new charting system is causing Firefox to crash. Although the charts display correctly initially, after about 20-30 seconds and presumably when data is updating, Firefox crashes. This is happening on two different computers so is not computer specific. Both computers are up-to-date and are on Windows 10.

retain price history after symbol change
A stock changed its name and symbol recently ('Scientific Metals' to 'US Coblat'). But price history before the change is apparently not retained; not even reflected by the current chart, as if the stock was a new issue. That is silly and annoying. It's downright inexplicable.

old chart has company news, it’s easier to read on the hours in 5days’ so- the hours have to be clear in the 5days chart!
old chart has company news, it's easier to read on the hours in 5days'
so- the hours have to be clear in the 5days chart! The line separating each technical chart is too wide, taking up precious spaces.

Copy and Past into chart comparison.
The new chart tool returns an error when I try to cut and past ticker symbols into the comparison box. The current tool allows me to do this and is a nice quick way to add multiple symbols

< Back
To the left side of the purple Yahoo! Finance title header is the < Back button. Click on it and I get the summary page; not back. I was never on the summary page, so this button doesn't take you "back". re lable it 'go to summary', or fix it so I actually go 'back'.
ie. I arrived at this new chart from my portfolio summary view. I clicked on the day chart in my portfolio summary view and came forward to this new chart. So clicking a back button should take me back to my portfolio summary view, not… -
Too Many Clicks!!!
I chart with 9 SMA and 9 EMA moving averages. In the old interface this required 1 click to open the indicator section, 16 clicks to add additional fields in both sections, and then type/TAB through to enter my moving averages. The new system requires 18 clicks to open the indicators box, 18 clicks to select my desired indicators (9 each SMA and EMA), 18 clicks to place the cursor and replace the average figure, 18 clicks to open the color change selector, 18 clicks to choose a color, and 18 clicks to save the changes.
So.... the "improved" interface…

why do you treat mutual fund distributions which reduce share price but not share value as losses? This is idiotic
why do you continue to treat mutual fund distributions which reduce share price but not share value as losses? This is idiotic and has been going on for years. This makes the charts useless.

when you click on the right-hand side Watchlist symbols, It doesn’t stay on the Chart screen
Now, you have enclosed the "watchlist" next to the chart. Thank you for listening our request. However, it always return to the TOP of the "watchlist" when you click on the other symbol which located the bottom of the "watchlist". It just doesn't stay the screen you wanted to view.

Issues w/viewing 1 day charts, lose streaming connection, dislikes incompatibility with IE11
1) Can't view 1 day ONLY streaming charts anymore. When you select a 1D chart, 1/2 the time you get like a years worth of chart, the other 1/2 you get 2 days worth of chart. If I want to look at the 1D chart, it means I want to look at the 1D chart. Not 1.5D, 5D or 1Y. If I look at the 1D chart half way through the day, the chart should be half way complete.
2) You now allow symbols on the right, thank god, but you've skinnied the width down too much and made the… -
Too much info on graphs (time consuming & slow loading)
You put up a new graph view - as of August 29, 2017, for me. The appearance of the graph is acceptable but cheap looking. It is faster than the current mess. The problem with both is you put a side list of all positions in all portfolios - so that a user can select a stock and the graph lights up. It's so time consuming and slow that it's not useable. You're trying to cram too much into this. All I need (want) is fairly simple and fast graphs. I especially want the old format detailed view back but…

Dislikes on-boarding "how-to" instructions
Now you have blue text boxes polluting the screen with no apparent way to get rid of the junk. Don't you know that if you have to explain a user interface that it is a bad interface.
I'm a senior computer scientist, you guys are an embarrassment to the profession. If want a professionals opinion my rates are reasonable and you know my e-mail address.

how come I can't go back further than about 1 year on the charts? Worthless. I changed dates and hit 5 year and max and still the same 1 yea
Why do none of the charts go back more than a year? I hit 2 year, 5 year, ect... and still gives me one year chart. I even applied the dates starting points. Worthless. Why can't you guys just leave things alone. Everytime you change something it's for the worse...

Default line style, missing % gain/loss, issues with the "sliding" feature, missing path to details page
Why not improve what was by removing/adding features. What you have "created" is so lacking and so far from being useful that you are wasting everyone's time including your own. Main complaints are: when switching between symbols it always defaults to the line style, I always use the "new" style of colored bars; the percentage gain/loss over the display period is nowhere to be found; the "sliding" feature is actually a compression, not a sliding window in time, if I want compression I'll select the different time scales; there is no path to the "details" page from the full screen…

1-day ends in the middle of the chart area. It should fill the space.
The 1-day scale only fills the left half of the chart. It ends with the last-received data in the middle of the chart area. The right half of the chart area inexplicably has date/time ordinal markings for tomorrow. Which is completely stupid.
