How can we improve Yahoo Finance charts?

The old interface was better in many ways. It is harder to navigate between stocks now and lines do not all show up as configured (still).

  1. For several months the lines in the graphs when I add 3 simple moving averages do not always fully render. I could get around it by making the lines really thick.... annoying. New interface does not have option to make them thicker. not all 3 lines show up as configured.
  2. When I get the graph settings I want, I want to be able to step through each stock in my portfolio. This was missing, you have re-added it, but it always goes back to top, so I have to scroll down and find my place every time.
  3. The only reason I use Yahoo over Google Finance is because it is better and familiar... so if you keep making it different yet LESS functional for real use, I will abandon yahoo finance for something better.

Setup 3 portfolios...with at least 6 to 20 stocks in each. Setup three graph indicators. Use 22" or larger LED screen. Zoom to 120% on firefox. Now, navigate around all 3 portfolios and you tell me if its a good interface now?

    The only reason i am still using Finance Yahoo is the old version of chart. If the new chart stays, then I am probably done with Finance Yahoo.

    Bad New Chart !!!!!!!!!! Please return the OLD Chart for us..... Thank you.........Unacceptable for this New Chart.........So terrible for new Chart......Vote for remove the New Chart......And let Old Chart come back to us.

    Won't be able to make trade decision based on new chart. Consider switch to a different site all together if not revert back to old chart.

    This is one of the worst. Yahoo used to be GREAT! Every freaking change you guys have made over the years is for the worst. Leave well enough alone. Who comes up with these ideas. Go find someone in middle school....they would do a lot better.

    Yahoo, you know we dont like the new version, why forcing people use it? What's the benifit for you to do that? go back to old version, it that difficult? I dont understand.

    Difficult to navigate and confusion. Old chart is simple and easy. Why change when something is working fine. Sigh! Real idiot

    This new chart is trash, please go back to the old charts. Hard to read, not as accurate. The old charts were not broke, so don't fix them. Also loads much, much slower. The one day chart is also too short.

    Completely terrible. The new charting "experience" could not be more disappointing. The previous charts were fantastic - used them everyday. I will avoid this new chart and find another solution. Change should bring improvement to the user; here there are downgrades in all areas of utility, visibility, and ease of use. This was definitely NOT a good idea.

    Will anybody from YAHOO respond to these comments? Or all these comments "cry in the forest"?!
    All I see is page after page of disapprovals and no response from YAHOO at all!!

    What is the purpose of changing the charts? I can understand if you are trying to make them better. But they are obviously worse. One look at them tells you that you need reading glasses to see them. The lines are so thin and pale! Very difficult to see. I agree with the suggestion that you should have the option of choosing the old charts if you like them. When it is so obvious that the new version is worse than the old version it kind of makes you wonder about the motive of YAHOO !!

    I used charting on MarketWatch until they changed they tried to "improve their charts". So, I moved to Yahoo. Now, with this new changes, it may be better to go back to MarketWatch.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    The previous Stock Interactive Chart was just Perfectly Right! Please don't change/replace the Previous Chart or you give out 2 Clicks for me to chose which Chart I am gonna use.

    If Yahoo really want to use the new chart, please let user have option to choose old or new chart. The new chart is piece of junk.
