as default, keep a padding/margin on top and below the chart inside the chartwindow
as default, keep a padding/margin on top and below the chart inside the chartwindow, it is annoying when the chart on the initial display of a range/interval tries to fill the chart window from very bottom to very top. Keep a little space for the initial rendering.
