Unable to generate app password
Despite having MFA perfectly configured (mobile app, SMS, email — all checked) as written on the help page, I haven’t been able to generate an app password for me to login my 3rd email client. It doesn’t allow me to login with my account password either. The error message says an app password might be required, but when I’m redirected to the page for that, it returns nothing other than an unhelpful message saying “this feature is not available now”. None of the help pages have said anything about an alternative solution to getting an app password or the sort!

Please fix the problem of not receiving a confirmation code message on the phone number designated for account recovery while forgetting the access code.

Please bring Groups back!!! I have a small group of people who I have to email each week. It is outrageous that I cannot create a group out of those separate contacts!!

My phone was stolen and i Do not have access to the old phone or number and now i cannot get into my email at all.. that process should be changed. it is crazy.. there should be more options as opposed to me uploading my i.d. because i never used an i.d. to sign up

Account recovery
This company is trash y’all don’t help at all i have to pay for someone to reset my number so I can get into my account my account is locked out because I change my number and it not updated on my account now I can’t sign in and no one on the support end can help verify my account. Im having this problem with two accounts for three months this is so annoying

You post a lot of erroneous stories against Israel. When I submit a factual response, it is rejected because it might upset some viewers.
When people respond to a post or comment because that is not true, don’t immediately reject the response. Verify if it is correct and, if so, remove the lie.
In addition, provide a link to the post so it can be easily located several days later when you make your decision. Be specific as to why the post was rejected. -

Why I have to wait an hour to log in my account? I have work to do and I need my PC.

Deleted all emails
Deleting emails of “inactive” users after just 12 months is an abuse of public trust — especially when no notice is provided to even the back-up email on file. If these are truly unable to be recovered (and you’ve erased our entire histories) you can kiss your customers GOODBYE!
Yahoo Mail accounts are only deleted for inactivity if they have not been accessed in the past 12 months. Please see this help page for more information:
