Deleted all emails
Deleting emails of “inactive” users after just 12 months is an abuse of public trust — especially when no notice is provided to even the back-up email on file. If these are truly unable to be recovered (and you’ve erased our entire histories) you can kiss your customers GOODBYE!
Yahoo Mail accounts are only deleted for inactivity if they have not been accessed in the past 12 months. Please see this help page for more information:

Worthless feedback
Whats the point of feedback? Yahoo NEVER responds & NEVER changes anything.
It's clear that people who hate the app-want to opt out.Between Yahoo groveling for its app & desperate websites grifting after cookies-I browse as little as possible. Thanks for reminding me to choose chrome over yahoo. -

It's not possible to switch back to the old version of the Yahoo Mail app for iOS or Android.If you're using an older OS, you'll no longer be able to download the Yahoo Mail app.

2023 July Yahoo! Mail App compatibility issue
The Yahoo! Mail App coming for July 2023 isn't compatible with my phone. It's my only source of internet outside my home so it's imperative I have access to it. What is the solution? I have a pic to prove my case but I can't attach it here.

Scrolling issues on Yahoo website mobile on Android
While scrolling an email it is sometimes getting limited in parts of the email and difficult to scroll completely up and down to see either the email ids on top or maybe to scroll down enough to see the bottom email content. Please review the scrolling functions on the mobile website of the new Yahoo mail on Chrome on Android and fix this issue.

You post a lot of erroneous stories against Israel. When I submit a factual response, it is rejected because it might upset some viewers.
When people respond to a post or comment because that is not true, don’t immediately reject the response. Verify if it is correct and, if so, remove the lie.
In addition, provide a link to the post so it can be easily located several days later when you make your decision. Be specific as to why the post was rejected. -
I still can't receive my mails from my my Peers and other People.
Yahoo still I can't receive my mails from. PEERS and other groups and Schools which I email and they also email me too. Please fix the Problem ASAP.Why did you gave Wipe Over 2000+ Mails including my important documents and files.
