How do you respond to an exsistimg email?
I can’t seem to find any function to do so without beginning an entirely new email, that wrong. As we all look cut time to make things easier, I feel the “improvements” are not so improved, this needs to be worked out fast

Hi Joni, thanks for reaching out. If you open the email you want to reply to, there is a reply button in the toolbar at the bottom of the message. Let me know if you have any trouble.
