Spoofing email account
Hi,
My phone was stolen last week. I had the Yahoo app installed which gave the thief a direct access to my account. He quickly changed the password and email backup address so I couldn't login anymore.
I looked at the help pages and contacted @yahooCare on Twitter. They redirected me towards the pro subscription system in order to get in touch with the live support. Live support that I can't contact as I'm living in France.
I created this new account to be able to post here.
Please help me, I've using this account for years and the thief has access to tons of personal data (scans of ID cards..). What should I do next?
