allow phone updates in free yahoo
Long ago i had a free govt phone for 1 or 2 years, ended in '17 or '18. That number is g-o-n-e. And no, the chat bot cannot help with this. In fact it ultimately says that it can't help and offers to let me talk to a live agent. But those don't exist.

Restoring emails does not work.
Moving or restoring emails to inbox
It either deletes them or puts them somewhere I cannot find. Searched every folder I have in my email. Its just gone
So restoring doesnt work. Seems that it permanently deletes it

Unauthorized charges for storage!!!!!
Why is the card I used to pay for extra storage which already is crazy to me being billed $1, then $5 ? I do not want my card charged whenever you feel like it. I’m transitioning to Gmail already and hope to be done complete yahoo in near future!!

Undo the last update
Since the most recent update I’ve been kicked out of my yahoo email and haven’t been able to get back into it !! Despite resetting and changing the password checking settings uninstalling and reinstalling the app EVERYTHING !!!!!
I didn’t even want the new update but it kept popping up until I was was beyond frustrated and updated it just to be left alone so I could check my emails , now I can’t even get to them anymore !!!
