Deleted all emails

Deleting emails of “inactive” users after just 12 months is an abuse of public trust — especially when no notice is provided to even the back-up email on file. If these are truly unable to be recovered (and you’ve erased our entire histories) you can kiss your customers GOODBYE!

Yahoo Mail accounts are only deleted for inactivity if they have not been accessed in the past 12 months. Please see this help page for more information:

If you are missing some mail and not all of your mail, you may try the mail restore process to recover lost messages if lost within the past 7 days. More information can be found here:

    Mine too. This email account is my backup and for important functions only not daily use and getting junk and yahoo wiped it. ****** off right now

    All my mails have gone. Pls recover & fix this problem. Even if I don't open my mail it should be saved not deleted. Pls help. inbox, draft, & folders all msgs I want which was so dear to me.

    All I wanted to do was change my password.. I send mail and FAMILY PICTURES to hold in this account and couldn't get in...YOU ""YAHOO"" took the story of my life..my children..late husband..grandchildren...away from me and them...you can kiss my sweet a*s good-bye and trust me...when I send out word of this they'll be a lot more to follow me..took my entire mail box..folders and all.. Good Luck Asshats..I WANT MY OLD MAILBOX BACK..I'VE HAD IT FOR 20 YEARS..GIVE IT BACK !!!!

    I lost all email you have my curse Yahoo! I was having lots of important documents proofs and confidential information, if I dont get back my email I will do negative campaign on your action.
