Stop spamming work emails!

I mark about 30+ emails a day from one email address “not spam” in my spam folder and immediately transfer them to my inbox. The sender is in my address book and has been for years. Not sure what to do but tell them to email my gmail account instead.

Hi there,

The best way to resolve this is to mark the emails as “Not Spam”, that way you can train the spam filter to better identify important emails in the future. Also if you use a mobile device or email client to access your mail over IMAP, please check the Spam filters in that application, to make sure it’s not marking important emails as spam.

If the sender is using an IP that looks suspicious or the sender is sending attachments/images, the spam filter can detect him as Spam.

    Spam filter stopped working weeks ago. Not a single spam goes directly to spam folder. How about getting it to work again?

    Spam mails showing up REPEATEDLY in box.
    Once email is labeled as SPAM and deleted, shows up again in box.
    These were not the issues before.once you spam it never used to appear again in box.

    I wish there was a way to get your mail box to recognize something isn't spam after awhile. My Save Mart rewards emails keep ending up in spam, despite multiple times of designating it as not spam.

    hi. did you stop spam filter? now I receive every email, including all spams

    I do not see setting to automaticly filtering spam.

    Unwanted mail I receive I cannot move to Junk mail folder! I receive many emails that I’ve never subscribed too! Clicking unsubscribe just confirms you are a valid email which can then be sold to other Spam senders. My phone, not yours…

    I couldn't find a way to whitelist Kijiji emails. Kijiji emails are sent in a scrambled fashion generated by them. This looks like spam, can't seem to direct these to the inbox.
