Please STOP with "pretend you're not a robot" process
Please, Please, PLEASE stop with the "Pretend you're not a robot" verification. I went to a Fedex to print out something from my email and upon attempting to sign in, I had to go through this verification process of clicking motorcycles, stoplights, and what not-- only to end up with "not able to process your request at this time". I am just really frustrated right now because I paid to use a computer and yet this stupid process ate up my money only to be DELAYED, denied access and not be able to print out something before I get to work! I am really frustrated right now not being able to get anything done. PLEASE get rid of this!!!!!
