Make your service compatible with desktop mail apps. I was on cox.net mail for 25 years with no problems and now my computer cant log in about 60% of the time. It never is able to utilize the smtp server. Im frustrated that I cant seem to get any help with this. I cant be the only one experiencing this problem with the change over…
